The Ultimate Cook-Off @ Vasco’s Hilton Kuala Lumpur

The Ultimate Cook-Off I attended at Vasco's Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

The master chefs behind Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s 
culinary scene will go head to head and battle out to showcase 
their two signature dishes at 
live station at Vasco’s. 


Seven of Hilton KL's master chefs will present
 their signature dishes in the ultimate cook off
featuring Malay, Chinese, Indian, Japanese & Western cuisines.

We were given 20 voting tickets each 
to pick our favourite dish 
made by Vasco’s talented Chefs with three specially invited judges.
The "Crowd Favourite" dish will be made
 available for the next three months on Vasco’s menu. 

Featuring exciting line ups from fresh seafood on ice, live pasta station, 
freshly made pizza from Vasco’s live pizza oven,
 Japanese delicacies inspired by Iketeru, 
Chinese favourites inspired by Chynna, 
all-time-crowd pleasers Indian and Malay sections featuring robustly flavoured curries, asam pedas, stir fried, sort–after Western section with its succulent roast and decadent, 
mouth-watering local and international pastries, desserts and more.
