传统面粉糕
TRADITIONAL HAND TORN NOODLE

My very first bowl of Noodle Shack Pan Mee.
When it comes to Pan Mee, I always go for the “Traditional” version.
Don't forget the traditional.
I like how the texture of the Pan Mee which is very smooth
and slightly chewy at the same time.
The broth is made using anchovies as the base so
 it’s light yet flavourful.

CORIANDER HAND TORN NOODLE

 Coriander lover?
It's a must order for coriander lover.
Aromatic Coriander and hand torn noodle what a perfect combination.
Hand torn noodle has better bite than that
made by a machine.
The broth is delightful and as aromatic as it can possibly be!
They actually blend the coriander juice and mix it to the dough to form green noodle.
No worries it's not colouring.
