Kam Heong literally translates to"Golden Fragrant" from Cantonese dialect.
Served with chicken breasts,
packed in between the layers are the fresh arugula,
finished with homemade oregano toast.
Not forgetting their homemade Kam Heong sauce that make up the aromatic taste!
This delicious combination is accompanied with some much needed greens and tomatoes.
A little too spicy for me, but for spicy lovers, it shouldn't be a problem!

Served with reasonably pulled chicken with secret achar sauce,
caramelized pineapple in spices
sandwiched between the cranberry toasts.

Boxing chicken basically refers to the shape of the chicken
where the meat are scrapped to one end
for the look of a big hand in a boxing glove.
It's finger-licking good, with a "handle" to hold and savour.
