Grilled Chicken
Lamb and Pork Belly
Let's the FUN BEGIN!!!
Those Sizzling sound
Since its charcoal grilled,
you have to flip and move them
frequently on the grill.
It's recommended to grill the meat as a whole
to ensure its tenderness.
If you cut the meat into tiny pieces, it will lose its juiciness!
The grilled chicken and pork belly were tender,
neither undercooked nor overcooked
with delicious charred bits at the sides.
I love how tender the meat was, and how the flavours sipped into the entire thing.
The texture of the lamb was amazingly tender as well,
flavorsome and juicy to the bite
due to the hot charcoal grill.
It can be eaten plain or dipped into the accompanying sauce.
Remember to wrap your barbecued meat with green leafy lettuce,
it will taste much more delicious!
